This course, An Introduction to Landlord and Tenant (L&T) Law in New York covers both commercial and residential Landlord and Tenant Practice. The course covers a range of issues from the creation of a tenancy through its termination, as well as all the substantive and procedural issues encountered in the ownership and management of commercial and residential real estate.
